Rationalist International Cruise Conference 2018 will be held in Helsinki, Tallinn and on a cruise between the two cities on 29th - 30th (Saturday- Sunday) September 2018. Speakers and delegates from all over the world. Rationalists, Freethinkers, Humanists, Skeptics and Secularists join together.

Early Bird registration includes the whole package - cruise, participation in all events, shared cabin, buffet lunches, dinner and breakfast.
Separate registration for the events in Helsinki and that in the Cruise are also possible.
English is the official language of the Rationalist International Cruise Conference 2018.

Can I have a private cabin exclusively for me?
Cabins provided in the conference package have four beds and a toilet inside the cabin. If, however, you require a two-bed cabin or an exclusive cabin for you, that can be arranged for extra payment. Please inform us your requirements. We'll assist you. Write to info@RationalistConference.com
I want to plan trips  before / after the conference. Where will I get information? Can I get travel assistance?
Our travel assistance wing can gladly assist you to organise a trip for you to or Stockholm by a cruise before or after the conference. Or if you want local sight seeing in Helsinki, we'll get you all required information, or even book reservations. Write to info@RationalistConference.com

Are there ID  requirements to enter the event?
Participants have to show ID at the time of registration. For travelling in the cruise, a valid passport is required.
Is there any age limit to attend the conference?
No. Children under 16 years should be accompanied by an *****.
Is the event wheel chair friendly?
Yes, the venue in Helsinki and the cruise are wheel chair friendly.
What is the language of the conference? Are translations available?
The conference language is English. There are no arrangements for translations of the speeches. In the cruise, major announcements are available in English, Finnish and Swedish.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Paid parking facilities are available at the conference venue and cruise departure port.
Can I bring my car in the ship?
Yes, you can drive in your car in the ship and park it in the ship with an additional payment. Please contact us for rates. Write to info@RationalistConference.com
Is tax-free purchaing possible in the cruise?
There are many tax exempted shops in the cruise ship. You can make full use of them.

What's the refund policy?
If you cancel your registration for the conference up to 30 days before the beginning of the conference, you will get full refund after deducting 15 % operational expenses. If you cancel your registration up to 10 days before the beginning of the conference, you will not get refund - but you will still not lose your money. You can reserve your registration fee for any of our future events.
Is there a group discount?
Yes. If you are attending the conference as a group or 4 or more people, you will get group discounts. Write to info@RationalistConference.com
What is the venue of the pre-cruise Conference? 
The pre-cruise sessions of the conference on 28 September are held at a venue near the Läansi Terminal. The exact address will be sent to the registrants one month before the comencement of the conference.
When will the list of speakers published? 
The first list of speakers will be published on 30 June 2018. The full list of speakers will be published on 25 July 2018.
Can I speak in the conference / make a presentation?
